There's a wide eyed owl in my window

I see him there when I'm all alone

I tell him all about myself

While praying that he'll go

Hey! Mr Owl why aren't you a cow

'cos then I could kill and eat you

I tell him everything, he helps keep me from the brink

Not that there's much he doesn't know

I keep him hidden from my friends

Doesn't matter how this ends

I've found a stick and I'm going to beat you.
